STEP 1: Ensure you have read our full package information and all the F.A.Q's on this page before booking. If you have any questions please get in touch.

STEP 2: Click BOOK NOW to view our availability for each day and to book your party online. If the time slot is 'grey' we are afraid that party is already sold out.

STEP 3: Following full payment we will send you your confirmation email, please ensure you read this carefully as it contains important information and further instructions which require your action such as waivers & food intolerance information

STEP 5: Party time! A member of the team will greet you and support you throughout your party booking with us, so relax and enjoy!

Please click BOOK NOW to view our availability and book your party, please note we require a minimum 14 days' notice for a party booking online, if you're looking for a party in less than 10 days please contact us to request one and we will do our best to accommodate you.

To capture your experience we offer 2 adult spectator wristband per party to enter the equipment area so you can take photo's of your group and watch up-close.

Spectators enter the park at their own risk and must remain on the walkways only, we also politely request you are aware of social distancing when on the walkways and allow the Ninjas to pass safely where needed. Only one person can use the wristband at any one time, however, you can swap it between supervising adults as needed, your party room is positioned on a balcony overlooking the equipment area so you'll never be far and will have a great view of the park. Spectators will not be permitted to access the equipment area without appropriate footwear for their own safety (no heels, flip flops, socks or bare feet).

Our parties include a buffet style feast for your guests including:

-Chicken bites
-Chips
-Sharing pizzas
-Unlimited squash


You are very welcome to bring a birthday cake to your party to celebrate your special day, please ask a member of the team if you need any assistance with your 'Happy Birthday' moment. Sorry, no other outside catering is permitted.

If you have any queries on food allergies and intolerances please email stoke@ninjawarrioruk.co.uk to discuss your needs and request our allergen information. Please ensure any food allergies are communicated to us via your food order form even if the option does not contain the allergen, so we can ensure your meal is prepared separately and safely.

Of course, and our team will be happy to support candle lighting, cake cutting and serving! However, no other outside catering is permitted to be brought into the venue. Please ensure you only use standard birthday candles due to our sensitive fire alarms.

Standing and table decorations are of course welcome and our team will be happy to assist decorating, however, we do not allow any banners or other items to be attached/stuck to the walls as this can cause damage.

Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for physical activity including trainers. Trainers must be worn on the park, anyone with unsuitable footwear will, unfortunately, be unable to participate and refunds or additional time will not be provided. We include this information on our party invites to ensure all your guests are aware. Socks will be provided for Airpark entry.

In the unfortunate event Covid-19 restrictions affect your planned celebrations you will be contacted by our team as soon as possible to discuss options and find the best solution for your needs. Should your booking need to be reduced, moved or cancelled to comply with Government restrictions you will be issued a Gift Voucher for the value (or difference in value) of your booking as agreed to at the checkout.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be used against all our sessions and merchandise, or divided into smaller values to make great gifts for others
