We are operating a cashless service.

Each participant must have a waiver, from 5 years and onwards, under 18s must be signed by a parent/ guardian.
All over 18s must sign their own individual waiver.
You can view our waiver on the website and when you process your booking.
We have a Ninja Code, which must be read by every participant before they enter the course.
The Ninja Code must be read each time you visit, regardless of the length of time you last visited.

Our sessions run for 60 minutes, staring on the hour or half hour. Please arrive 15 minutes before your session to allow time for check-in, collection of your wristbands & a safety briefing before your session starts. Late arrival may result in missing part of your session, or your booking being moved to the next available session where possible. We are unable to extend your session to make up for any lost time due to late arrival/ failure to complete a waiver, or provide a partial/whole refund.

We have a Café upstairs where hot food and drinks can be purchased to dine in or takeaway.

We have an array of sizes in Ninja Warrior UK Gloves and Ninja Warrior UK Headbands & Sweatbands. Ninja Warrior hygine grip socks are required for inflatable entry.

We do not allow chalk to be used on any of our courses.

We would recommend you wear sports wear, lightweight clothing to run around in & you must wear clean trainers.

The minimum age for the course is 4 years of age.

There are no height restrictions. The minimum age is 4+.

We have lockers on site available to use free of charge!

We highly recommend advanced booking and payment online. Turning up to pay on the door increases all guests wait times & there is no guarantee you will get on the course. Paying on the door is also more expensive.

We have free parking on-site, however it can fill up quickly on a busy day.

We allow 75 people every hour to participate across the Ninja & Inflatable.
