We allow 60 people every hour to participate.

Each participant must have a waiver, from 5 years and onwards, under 18's must be signed by a parent/ guardian.

All over 18's must sign their own individual waiver.

You can view our waiver on the website and when you process your booking.

We have a Ninja Code, which must be read by every participant before they enter the course.

The Ninja Code must be read each time you visit, regardless of the length of time you last visited.

Our sessions run for every hour with a 15-minute break to allow our team to do a deep clean.

We do not permit picnics, fast food or cakes to be brought into our store.

We have a café upstairs that serves a variety of delicious meals, we try our best to cater to as many dietary requirements as possible. If you would like to know what meals we can do for special dietary requirements please contact our team.

Due to COVID restrictions, we are not able to allow spectators on our course, however, you can view from our Cafe seating area upstairs.

We have an array of sizes in Ninja Warrior UK Gloves and Ninja Warrior UK Headbands & Sweatbands.

We do not allow chalk to be used on any of our courses.

We would recommend you wear sports wear, lightweight clothing to run around in & you must wear trainers.

The minimum age for the course is 5 years of age.

We have two height restrictions...

- Master Course is 1.4m
- Jump Tower is 1.25m

Due to COVID restrictions, we can not store any belongings.

We require a payment for your session to be able to book you in.

We have free parking on-site, however it can fill up quickly on a busy day.

We are operating on a cashless service.

We do have arcades and vending machines that are in use, which do take cash, however, we can not swap notes for change. We have a change machine in our arcade room if you need this service.

Follow the A500 to Basford, take the slip road to festival park. Take the left lane and follow it around towards festival park. Stay in the left-hand lane of the dual carriage way to take the roundabout at festival park. Take one of the two left hand lanes to turn right at the roundabout. Take the third exit towards Hanley and get into the right-hand lane. Turn right at the traffic lights and head up the hill towards Tesco on the left. Go straight through the next set of lights and then right at the next set. Take the next right onto Sun Street, Hanley. The address is Ninja Warrior UK, Sun Street, Hanley, ST1 4NB.


Get the bus to Hanley bus station, come out of the main doors and turn left and follow Lidice way all the way to John Street on the left. Follow John Street until you come to Bethesda Street and turn right down there. Then take your next left onto Broad Street, follow Broad Street to the cross roads and walk straight across. Keep following Broad Street until you reach Sun Street on you right and follow Sun Street down and we are on your right.


At Stoke Train turn left out of the station, walk down to the roundabout and take the 2nd exit and follow Collage road for 0.8miles. Turn right at the Land Rover garage the turn left down Sun Street.
