Great, you would like to book a party, well we would love to host you!

STEP 1: Please ensure you have read our full package information and all the F.A.Q's on this page. If you have any questions please get in touch.

STEP 2: Please email us at chatham.parties@ninjawarrioruk.co.uk with your details of when you would like your party.

STEP 3: We will get back to you within 3 working days to discuss and confirm our availability.

STEP 4: Once we have confirmed an available date and session time with you we will send you a link for payment which is valid for 24 hours (please be aware if payment is not received your desired slot will become available for other enquiring customers)

STEP 5: If full payment is made we will send you your confirmation email, please ensure you read this carefully as it contains important information and further instructions - please note that waivers will need to be completed for all guests prior to the party.

STEP 6: We will send out a pdf copy of the invites.

STEP 7: Party time! Your party host will greet you and support you throughout your party booking with us, so relax and enjoy!

Due to high volumes of party enquiries we allow enquiring customers 24 hours to make payment for their requested party slot, please be aware if payment is not received within this time the slot will become available to other enquiring customers. It is for this reason we require up to three working days to respond to initial party enquiries, however please rest assured enquiries are responded to in the order they are received.

Please contact us for available times & dates. If under 2 weeks notice, please complete our enquiry form and we will get back to you with our availability for your requested date.

All guests must be aged 5 years or over on the date of the party. All Ninjas will be able to use the inflatable obstacles, but Ninjas will need to be 140cm or taller to be able to use the majority of the fixed Ninja runs.

Under 5 - for the safety of your little ones Under 5s are not able to join these sessions.

Under 8 - to make the most of your Ninja session we strongly recommend an adult participates in this session with you.

Under 12 - an adult, either participating or spectating, must remain on site please.

Under 18 - a waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian of the participant who is over 18.

Parties are for a minimum of 8 guests Monday to Thursday in term time and 12 guests at other times.

If you would like to increase the number of guests in your party after booking we are happy to accommodate (subject to availability for your session time). We advise you call us with as much notice as possible to confirm availability and increase your booking as unfortunately once the session is fully booked we are unable to add any further participants.

Yes, we require payment at the time of booking. Due to high volumes of enquiries we are unable to reserve parties without a payment.

Of course! Please ask your party host to assist in singing happy birthday when the time comes!

Please note that, if you provide your own birthday cake, you MUST keep the cake within your party room and the centre takes no responsibility for the allergen information provided and communication of this with party guests. You cannot bring outside catering into the park.

Standing and table decorations are of course welcome, however we do not allow any banners or other items to be attached to the walls as this can cause damage.

The party room must be left in the same state that you found it please, otherwise cleaning charges may apply.

All guests will get pizza and an ice cream!

Guests also receive a bottomless squash.

Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for physical activity.
