To avoid disappointment and ensure the best price, we always advise you pre-book online or give us a call - our number is 01923 962499.

We highly recommend completing waivers for all guests online before arrival to avoid delays accessing the course. We may not be able to make up for lost time because of this. And please remember that we only take card payments in the centre.

Our Toddler sessions are for Ninja's aged 1 - 4.

Otherwise the minimum age is 5 years old with under 8's accompanied on the activities please. There is no maximum age.

All Ninjas will be able to use the inflatable obstacles, but Ninjas will need to be 140cm or taller to be able to use the majority of the fixed Ninja runs.

Our park has a variety of obstacles suitable for all ages and abilities including adults, this includes our Warrior Run which features the famous Ninja Warrior UK Warped Wall!

Any child under the age of 12 must have a parent/guardian on site at all times.

We ask that activity users bring a maximum of 2 spectators with them.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your session to allow time for check-in, collection of your wristbands & a safety briefing before your session starts. Late arrival may result in missing part of your session or your booking being moved to the next available session where possible. We are unable to extend your session to make up for any lost time due to late arrival/ failure to complete a waiver or provide a partial/whole refund.

We require all users to complete a waiver. We also require everyone to read and understand the Ninja Rules before they enter the park, and abide by them in the park.
No individual may access the park without completing a waiver and reading and understanding the Ninja Rules, if you would like assistance with this or have any questions please ask a member of our team. Participants on the course are responsible for ensuring safe play by abiding by the rules and safety information displayed or communicated by our team. In the interest of safety for themselves and our other guests, those who are deemed to be unsafe/ failing to comply by park rules will be removed from the park.

There is free parking on-site.

We advise you to leave any valuables at home, however we do have free lockers available on site for your shoes and belongings. Please do not take any valuables onto the course and ensure any items are secured safely to you or are in a zipped pocket. Ninja Warrior UK Watford is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage to your personal belongings.

We highly advise you wear gloves, Ninjas with sore hands are half a Ninja. These are available from reception in a range of sizes. Please note: we do not allow chalk to be used on the course.

All Ninjas must wear reusable Ninja Warrior UK Safety Socks on the Inflatable Course which are available to purchase online or at reception.

All Ninjas must also wear trainers on the Fixed Ninja Course - please make sure that you bring trainers with you.

We also recommend you wear something comfortable and suitable for sports activities - long sleeve tops and long bottoms are recommended to protect your arms however you may wear shorts and t-shirts if you prefer.

Please ensure you have removed all jewellery, hats and loose objects to prevent loss, damage or injury to yourself or others.

You are also strongly advised to wear grip gloves to protect your hands.

No, to ensure that we protect people with food allergies who rely on the transparency of ingredients and food labeling for prepacked foods, only food and drinks bought from our café to be consumed on-site please.

And please remember that we take card payment only.

Yes, we have a café on the raised viewing area plus another spectator area at the same level as the activities.

Spectators are not allowed access to the Ninja Park. Please speak to a member of staff for advice on where prams and car-seats can be stored.

Reception is on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible with lift access. There is a viewing area next to reception which is on the same level as the activities. Toilets are also on this level and table service is available, on request, from the upstairs café.

For those who are sensory sensitive or epileptic please be aware our facility has flashing lights and music

We run sessions for adults on the first Thursday of the month from 7 - 8pm when only those over 18 will be able to use the obstacles. Our mid-week sessions during term time are generally quieter, particularly up to 4pm.

BY CAR

With free parking on site, Woodside Leisure Park’s postcode is WD25 7JZ and is located just off the A405 just 5 minutes from Junction 19 and 20 of M25 and Junction 6 of the M1. Woodside is also only a short drive to the local Town Centre which is 11 minutes away. We have 725 free car parking spaces so traveling by car couldn’t be easier.

BY BUS

Bus routes 10, 320, 321, 635 and 724 can be used to get to the leisure park, with further details available here.

BY TRAIN

Watford is well served by rail. Watford Junction, North Watford and Garston stations being the closest. Garston station is the nearest, only 1.2 miles from Woodside and operated by the West Coast mainline. If you are arriving by bicycle then dedicated bike racks are available.
