FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

To avoid disappointment and ensure the best price, we always advise you pre-book online. You must complete waivers for all guests online before arrival to avoid delays accessing the course. We may not be able to make up for lost time because of this. After booking you will receive a waiver link via email. The link is also available on our website menu.

Our current admission policy is age 4+ for all visitors to the venue. There is no maximum age. Mini Ninjas sessions (separate to the main arena) start from 0-3 years.

Any child under the age of 12 must have a parent/guardian on site at all times. We highly recommend 4 year olds to have an accompanying adult on the course, for which you must purchase a ticket to be an accompanying adult on the activities.

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your session to allow time for check-in,collection of your wristbands & a safety briefing before your session starts. Late arrival may result in missing part of your session or your booking being moved to the next available session where possible. We are unable to extend your session to make up for any lost time due to late arrival/ failure to complete a waiver or provide a partial/whole refund.

We require all users to complete a waiver. We also require participating guests to watch a safety briefing video before entering the park.
No individual may access the park without completing a waiver and understanding the Ninja Rules, if you would like assistance with this or have any questions please ask a member of our team. Participants on the course are responsible for ensuring safe play by abiding by the rules and safety information displayed or communicated by our team. In the interest of safety for themselves and our other guests, those who are deemed to be unsafe/ failing to comply by park rules will be removed from the park.

Parking at new mersey retail park is free of charge!

We advise you to leave any valuables at home, However we do have free lockers available on site for your shoes and belongings. No, we have a café that serves a range of food and drinks. Please note we only accept card payments. Drink vending machines are available of site for any cash payments.

Spectators are free of charge within our café viewing area.

We do allow spectators to pop onto the park to take photos or engage with their group with a spectator wristband. Spectator bands allow access to the park walkways only and spectators enter the park at their own risk. In the interest of managing the amount of people in the park for the safety and enjoyment of those participating we politely ask spectators to not remain in the park for long periods of time and you may be asked to return to the viewing area if there are large numbers of guests within the park.

Spectator bands are free of charge as a gesture from us to allow you to capture your groups experience, they are not guaranteed to be provided and cannot be purchased. We have a limited amount of spectator bands available per session, to enable each family/group visiting an opportunity to have a spectator on the park we aim to issue these at one per booking. Please be aware if your family/group makes multiple bookings this does not guarantee you multiple spectator bands however you may exchange your spectator band between spectators during the session to allow all members of your group an opportunity to see your group in action. The ONLY way to guarantee access to the park is to book a space, please do not presume you will be provided with a spectator band to enter the park with your group.

Please note: Prams, buggies and car seats cannot be taken onto the course, please speak to a member of staff for advice on where they can be stored. No babies or children under the age of 3 can enter the park during a Ninja Warrior UK session (other than in designated Mini Ninjas soft play) even if they are being carried by a spectator, it’s in the interest of their safety.
