STEP 1: Please ensure you have read our full package information and all the F.A.Q's on this page. If you have any questions please get in touch.

STEP 2: Please email or call to enquire or arrange the party booking.

STEP 3: Once we have confirmed an available date and session time with you we will send you a link for payment which is valid for 24 hours (please be aware if payment is not received your desired slot will become available for other enquiring customers)

STEP 4: If full payment is made we will send you your confirmation email, please ensure you read this carefully as it contains important information and further instructions.

STEP 5: Send out your invites and complete your food order a minimum of 10 days before your party date

STEP 6: Party time! Your party host will greet you and support you throughout your party booking with us, so relax and enjoy!

Due to high volumes of party enquiries we allow enquiring customers 24 hours to make payment for their requested party slot, please be aware if payment is not received within this time the slot will become available to other enquiring customers. It is for this reason we require up to three working days to respond to initial party enquiries, however please rest assured enquiries are responded to in the order they are received. As we can have multiple customers enquiring about the same party slots we ask all customers to complete the booking enquiry form above so that we can ensure fairness and a high level of customer service across all our party guests, the reception team are currently unable to take party enquiries over the phone or at the desk for these reasons.

Tuesday to Friday 4pm - 6.30pm

All guests must be aged 5 years or over on the date of the party

There is a minimum booking fee for all packages. This is 10 times the price per person (e.g. Blue Band = £280) There is no maximum number of guests. You can book a party with less than 10 guests, however the minimum booking fee is applicable.
For parties of 15+ total guests, please contact leicester@ninjawarrioruk.co.uk so we can cater an experience for your needs.

If you would like to increase the number of guests in your party after booking, we are happy to accommodate (subject to availability for your session time). We advise you call us with as much notice as possible to confirm availability and increase your booking as unfortunately once the session is fully booked we are unable to add any further participants. If you increase your booking beyond 14 guests your party will automatically become a 'large party' so please be aware your food options may change.

Yes, we require full payment at the time of booking. Due to high volumes of enquiries, we are unable to reserve parties without full payment.

We recommend from a safety perspective you bring cup cake style cake for guests (take-home only, not to be consumed onsite). This mitigates the need of a knife.
We also prefer candles are not used as some of the rooms have previously been damaged from hot candles.

Standing and table decorations are of course welcome, however we do not allow any banners or other items to be attached to the walls as this can cause damage.
NO helium balloons permitted due to setting off the fire alarm if loose.

Dependant on package option. We offer a set menu for Party Bookings. This consists of Sharing Pizza's, Chips & Chicken Nuggets (blue & Black band only). Alongside the food, you will receive unlimited squash, and water.

If any personnel attending the party have allergies, food will be provided based on the information we receive. This information will be asked when booking the party.

Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for physical activity, including trainers. Trainers must be worn on the park, anyone with unsuitable footwear will unfortunately be unable to participate. We include this information on our party invites to ensure all your guests are aware.

All party guests will receive Free Merchandise, so you won't need to worry about buying our socks.

Yes, you may to upgrade at the reception before you start your party session. You MUST come 1 hour earlier before your session starts to be eligible.
