We are an activity and fitness venue, so we recommend sportswear, long sleeved tops and sports trainers are a must to allow you to fully unleash your inner Ninja on our courses.

Yes, any socks can currently be worn in our venue

We have activities and equipment suitable for all ages. The Ninja equipment for ages 5+
The inflatable is for everyone. Children aged 4 and under must be accompanied by a full paying adult at all times.
For the Ninja areas we have four runs, two for up to age 14 and then two for age 14+
Any participants aged 14 or under must have a responsible adult on site with them at all times.

The larger inflatable can be used by under 4s so long as they are accompanied by an adult.

Spectators are admitted to the park free of charge.

On Bank holidays and school holidays we are open 10.00am until 7pm daily. Please see our book now page for available session times

We advise customers to arrive 15-20 minutes before your session. This will give you enough time to get checked in, collect wristbands, compulsory NWUK socks, complete your waivers if you haven't done so prior to arrival, and then safely store all your belongings in the lockers ready for you to start at your session time.
Where we have capacity availability we may be able to move you on to a later session.
We are unable to extend your session to make up for any lost time due to late arrival or provide a partial/whole refund.

We start sessions every 30minutes, for example 10.00, 10.30, 11.00, 11.30 etc

Sessions last for 1 hour, if you wish to extend your time at the venue you can do so for an additional fee. Subject to capacity availability.

We are located on Stadium Way, Wigan. Our postcode is WN5 0UN.
We are in the same building as the Wigan Athletic Academy.
Our access is from the north end of Stadium Way (near starbucks and the petrol station)

Yes, you can walk around the ninja course to watch your children, however we only allow full paying ninja's with the our NWUK Socks onto the inflatable.
We politely request that prams are not taken onto the course as this can cause obstructions and or a hazard.
Please speak to a member of staff for advice on where they can be stored.

We have many offers available all year round, any offers valid on the day you are visiting will be listed as an option on our booking page, please ensure you select the correct date.
We are happy to advise we offer a 20% discount on our standard admission to all Blue Light Card holders, this is valid for up to 4 people on your booking. This includes all emergency services and armed forces.
Please contact us either be email or via Facebook messenger to make your booking. Proof of BLC is required.

We also offer a 10% discount off the standard admission fee to groups of 10 or more.

We reserve the right to remove or amend offers at any time without prior notice.

Yes of course, we do include food for all party attendees in our packages but you are more than welcome to bring along your own birthday cake.
Please note we politely request you do not bring sparklers, or re-igniting candles as these can set off our smoke alarms.
We also request guests do not bring party poppers/confetti cannons etc.

Yes we do, we have a range of food, snacks, hot & cold drinks available from our cafe.
Last orders for food is 6pm.

Yes, each participant must sign an online waiver. The waiver is valid for 12 months.
The link for you to sign the waiver is sent to you in your confirmation email once you book your session.

Please use the first car park before our building or any of the spaces available along the front.

Please do not use the car park after our building as this is solely for Fitness First members and will incur a parking charge notice which we have no control over.

General admission and offer bookings are non refundable.
• We require 24 hours’ advance notice before the booked start for any cancellations for bookings of 9 participants or less, these will be offered a transfer to another Activity, or the same Activity but at a different date and time or a credit note for the value of the booking which is valid for 12 months. Any cancellations occurring with less than 24 hours’ notice will only be offered a transfer to the same Activity but at a different date and time.

For large group bookings & Party bookings:
• We require 14 days’ notice to provide a refund for any cancellations for parties or any group bookings for 10 participants or more, these refunds are subject to a 25% administration fee. Any cancellations occurring with less than 14 days’ notice yet more than 7 clear days’ notice will be offered a transfer to another Activity, or the same Activity but a different date and time or a credit note for the value of the booking. This requires the participant to specify an alternative Activity or date and time for their booking. With less than 7 days’ notice all cancellations will not receive a refund or transfer.
