FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We are an activity centre, so we recommend sportswear, long sleeves and trainers to allow you to fully unleash your inner ninja on our course. Our compulsory antibacterial socks are for use on the inflatable areas of our course

Unfortunately, no, our socks have antibacterial properties and are specifically required to assist us in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene in our park.

We have activities and equipment suitable for all ages. The small inflatable area for children up to 4 years old. Then the large inflatable for ages 5+
For the ninja areas we have 4 runs, 2 for up to age 14 and then 2 for age 14+
The larger inflatable can be used by under 4’s so long as they are accompanied by an adult.
All children up to the age of 12years must have a responsible adult on site with them in the park at all times during their visit.
Spectators are admitted to the park Free of charge

We open at 9am everyday. And the latest admission time is 8pm.

We advise customers to arrive 15-20mins before your session. This will give you enough time to get booked in, e given wristbands & socks and then safely store all you belongings in the lockers ready for you to start at your session time.

We start sessions every 30minutes, for example 10.00, 10.30, 11.00 etc

Sessions last for 1 hour, if you wish to extend you time in the park you can do so for an additional fee. *subject to capacity availability.

We are located on Stadium Way, Wigan. Our postcode is WN5 0UN.
We are in the same building as the Soccordome.

Of course, when arriving and booking in at reception and one who will not be using the equipment will be given a white wristband which will still allow you to walk around.
We do politely request that any prams are not taken onto the course as this can cause obstructions and in turn hazards. Please speak to a member of staff for advice on where they can be stored.

We are happy to advise we offer 20% discount on our standard admission to all Blue Light Card holders. This includes all emergency services and armed forces.
We also offer 10% discount off the standard admission fee to groups of 10 or more.

Yes of course, we do include food for all party attendees in our packages but you are more than welcome to bring along your own birthday cake.

Yes we have a fully licensed café and restaurant serving hot and cold food daily from until 8pm.

No form signing is required, we advise all of our customers they MUST read the rules of our park, boards listing these rule are located at various points throughout the venue. We also verbally reiterate that no form of somersaults or backflips of any kind are permitted on any of our equipment.
Visitors should be aware of their capabilities and cautious not to push themselves beyond their physical ability.

HOW TO FIND US

BY CAR

If you have SAT NAV our postcode to the park is WN5 0UN. We are located on stadium way, Wigan. We are easily accessed from the m6 southbound motorway, J27. Take the A5209, Crow Orchard Road, then turn right onto Shevington Lane following the B5206. At the roundabout turn left onto Old Lane, continue onto the B5375 Wigan Road. At the traffic lights turn right onto scot lane. At the next set of lights turn left onto Stadium Way. Our Car park is the first large car park on the right before you get to the park. We do not charge any parking fee’s.

BY BUS

The number 3 bus from wigan town centre will bring you to Hunter road, where you will see our park across the playing fields. Walk towards the the Starbucks and turn right at the traffic lights, follow the road and you will see our park.

BY TRAIN

Wigan has two railway stations giving access from across the uk. Wigan North Western and Wigan Wallgate. Our park is just a 5 minute taxi ride from both stations and they are also within easy walking distance of the bus station.
