- Individuals that are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, feeling generally unwell or living with someone displaying these symptoms must NOT visit our park and follow government advice.
- To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, we will refuse entry to any individual (or group of individuals) attending with someone that is visibly displaying any COVID-19 symptoms.
- We will rearrange your booking for you, being a Ninja Warrior can wait, your safety and well-being takes number one place!

- As we are a leisure facility, wearing a face mask or face covering is optional at our venue for participants and non participants.
- We have implemented strict social distancing guidelines and one way systems throughout are park, all our team will be wearing face masks during your visit.
- Being a Ninja Warrior is a high-action, physical activity, therefore participants are likely to get hot when safely using our obstacles.
- Participants should wear whatever they feel comfortable wearing whilst on the course, including the optional use of a face mask or face covering

- Customers will be required to use our hand sanitising stations when entering and exiting our venue.
- Customers will be required to use our hand sanitising stations when entering and exiting the Ninja and Inflatable courses.
- Customers will be advised to use our hand sanitising stations before and after each use of obstacles, throughout both courses.
- Our Ninja and Inflatable courses have a unique one way system, that all customers must adhere to, if failing to do so, we will kindly ask you to leave.
- Our team will sanitise their hands before, during and after every interaction with each customer, with their personal hand sanitisers.
- Our team will explain how to use our obstacles at a safe 2m distance away from you.
- We will be thoroughly sanitising all of our obstacles and touch points throughout your visit, including an extra deep clean when we are closed for our half an hour intervals.

- Customers will be required to use our hand sanitising stations when entering and exiting our venue.
- spectators (non participants) will only be allowed 1 person per group on our courses.
- We have a seating area upstairs in our Cafe, which has a one way system, 2m distancing seating, However, this is limited to availability on the day.
- We ask that you observe a 2m social distance away from other individuals that are not part of the group that you arrived with.
- All customers must follow our one way systems, hand washing practices and guidance from our team.

- Our team are here to help, but please try to maintain your distance where possible.
- Protective screens have been put up on our reception and cafe desks to protect staff and customers.
- Our team will be wearing face masks throughout the day.
- We ask that you comply with any direction or instruction given by any of our team to maintain the safety of everyone inside our venue.

- Wigan Council have approved our safety measures to ensure that we are keeping our team and customers protected.
- We have introduced Temperature Checks for our team before each shift.
- Recently, we have retrained our team to implement the new measures into their job roles, to ensure that safe service can be provided to customers and themselves.
- All our first aiders have been updated in new COVID-19 procedures .

- We have reduced our available booking slots to limit the amount of people inside our venue.
- You must make a booking in advance using our website.
- Online bookings only, Walk-in bookings will not be accepted.

If you have SAT NAV our postcode to the park is WN5 0UN. We are located on stadium way, Wigan. We are easily accessed from the m6 southbound motorway, J27. Take the A5209, Crow Orchard Road, then turn right onto Shevington Lane following the B5206. At the roundabout turn left onto Old Lane, continue onto the B5375 Wigan Road. At the traffic lights turn right onto scot lane. At the next set of lights turn left onto Stadium Way. Our Car park is the first large car park on the right before you get to the park. We do not charge any parking fee’s.


The number 3 bus from wigan town centre will bring you to Hunter road, where you will see our park across the playing fields. Walk towards the the Starbucks and turn right at the traffic lights, follow the road and you will see our park.


Wigan has two railway stations giving access from across the uk. Wigan North Western and Wigan Wallgate. Our park is just a 5 minute taxi ride from both stations and they are also within easy walking distance of the bus station.
