- Wearing a face mask is mandatory at our venue, when using toilets, walkways, café areas and entrances, unless a guest has proof of exemption.
- You are permitted to remove your face mask when using the course.
- All guests must download the NHS app for track & trace before arrival, ready to scan the QR code at our venue.
-The safety of our staff and customers remains our top priority; therefore, we kindly request ALL customers follow our guidelines to ensure a happy and safe experience.
- We have implemented strict social distancing guidelines and one way systems in-store, and our team will be wearing face masks or face shields during your visit.
- Being a Ninja Warrior is a high-action, physical activity; therefore, participants are likely to get hot when safely using our obstacles.
- Participants should wear whatever they feel comfortable wearing whilst on the course, including the optional use of a face mask or face covering.

- We have reduced our available booking slots to limit the number of people inside our venue.
- You can make a booking in advance using our website, over the phone or you can walk-in on the day.
- In this current climate, we recognise that situations may change so if you need to cancel your booking, please contact us on 01782 285562 or email stoke@ninjawarrioruk.co.uk.
- We will rearrange your booking for you to use on a future visit(s) or as gift vouchers.
- Cash and card refunds will not be offered.

- We will only be permitting a max booking group of 6 (consisting of two households) with 1 supervising adult for under 18s.
- As a leisure facility, wearing a face mask is mandatory at our venue, when using toilets, walkways, café areas & entrances, unless a guest has proof of exemption.
- You are permitted to remove your face mask when using the course or sitting in our Fudo Café, having a meal or drink.
- All guests must download the NHS app for track & trace before arrival, ready to scan the QR code at our venue.
- The health and safety of the groups' attendees remain with the parent/ guardian on-site.
- We are unable to allow spectators on our course; however, you can spectate from our seating area in our café upstairs.
- We do not recommend that individuals who have been highlighted as 'at risk' by the UK government (or are shielding at home) visit our store.
- Individuals that are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, generally feeling unwell or living with someone displaying these symptoms must NOT visit our store and follow government advice.
- To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, we will refuse entry to any individual (or group of individuals) attending with someone that is visibly displaying any COVID-19 symptoms.
- We will rearrange your booking for you, being a Ninja Warrior can wait, your safety and well-being takes the number one place!

- Customers will be required to have the NHS app downloaded ready to scan on arrival.
- Customers will be required to wear a face mask when walking around our venue, in anyway area, except when participatingng on the course.
- Customers will be required to use our hand sanitising stations when entering and exiting our venue.
- Customers will be required to use our hand sanitising stations when entering and exiting the course.
- Customers will be advised to use our hand sanitising stations before and after each use of obstacles, throughout the course.
- Our course has a unique one-way system, that all customers must adhere to, if failing to do so, we will kindly ask you to leave.
- Our team will sanitise their hands before, during and after every interaction with each customer, with their personal hand sanitisers.
- Our team will explain how to use our obstacles at a safe 2m distance away from you.
- We will be thoroughly sanitising all of our obstacles and touchpoints throughout your visit, including a deep clean when we are closed for our half-hour intervals.
- We are conducting an extra deep clean at the end of each day with a chemical that has been tested to kill COVID-19 actively, and that stays on a surface for 24 hours.

- Our team are here to help, but please try to maintain your distance where possible.
- Protective screens have been put up on our reception desk to protect staff and customers.
- Our team will be wearing face masks or face shields throughout the day.
- We ask that you comply with any direction or instruction given by any of our team to maintain the safety of everyone inside our venue.

- All of our management team have completed a 'Prevent COVID-19' training course.
- Stoke on Trent City Council have visited our venue and have approved our safety measures to ensure that we are keeping our team and customers protected.
- We have introduced Temperature Checks and Health Form for our team to fill in before each shift.
- Recently, we have retrained our team to implement the new measures into their job roles, to ensure that safe service can be provided to customers and themselves.

- We are following government advice and limiting the number of individuals from different households that are inside/using our venue.

We continue to follow and implement all UK government, HSE and Stoke on Trent City Council advice relating to the safe operation of providers of grassroots sport and gym/leisure facilities.

The venue is located near to Broad Street and the A5006. Heading north, turn left into Broad Street at junction with the A5008/Potteries Way, then right into Sun Street. If coming from the A53, enter Sun Street from Etruria Vale Road.
