Ninja Warrior sessions are available to school groups of children over the age of 5 years.
Sessions including 4 year old's (Reception age) may participate, but only where there are no children over the Age of 7 in the same session so please speak to our team about your needs so we can make this possible.

Yes! If you require or would prefer Exclusive hire please speak to our team.

Exclusive hire includes the entire equipment area, as much as we make every effort to provide the whole building we cannot guarantee members of the public from the previous or next session will not be on site. We will however provide dedicated areas where possible just for your school (e.g. in our Café and party rooms) away from the general public.

Ninjas must be wearing sports appropriate clothing (e.g. PE kit), and a clean pair of trainers. Sorry, those who turn up without appropriate sports trainers will be unable to participate.

We recommend Ninjas wear grip gloves to protect their hands. These can be purchased on arrival for £4 if wanted (please ask your Ninjas to bring correct change for speedy service). If you are thinking of including these for your students as part of your booking please speak to us about the possibility of a bulk-discount.

Headbands and sweatbands are also available to complete the full Ninja look!

Yes, we have a large car park with no maximum height restrictions.

Please ask your driver to drop you off outside the building, then park up on the opposite side of the car park to maintain flow of traffic. Drivers are welcome to take a quiet spot in one of our party rooms for a cup of tea whilst they wait.

If your bus/coach is in our car park for longer than 3 hours you will need to register the vehicle on the parking console (inside reception) to prevent a parking ticket. We are unable to cancel parking fines once incurred, please read the displayed signage for full details.

Our team will be supervising the equipment area according to our safety procedures. This means teachers/staff can supervise on the equipment area or from our café situated on the balcony overlooking the Ninja park if preferred - great for watching the action and cheering on your Ninjas!

For those who want to view the action close up, we will provide walkway access on the Ninja Park free of charge to all supervising teachers and teaching staff so you can take photo's and encourage your students. Please inform us in advance so we can factor this into our capacity and ratios.

Thanks to our equipment design, daily checks, trained supervising team and safety briefing, injuries are extremely rare - but we will always have a Level 3 qualified first aider on site at all times in the unlikely event someone is injured or ill.

1. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your session start time to allow enough time for preparation before your session start time commences
2. Upon arrival you will be greeted by a member of our team, who will help organise your visit from start to finish. If you have any specific requests please let us know!
2. Students are usually directed straight to the party rooms to store their belongings and asked to take a seat whilst everyone prepares
3. Our team will provide wristbands to your school, as well as any purchased Gloves or merchandise
4. Depending on the size of your booking, safety information will be delivered either in small groups or to the whole group.
5. Our team will guide your students onto the equipment area, where they will remain for the duration of the activity session to supervise safe play.
6. Teaching staff may enter the equipment area to take photo's and supervise/encourage their students, or, watch from the balcony with a cup of tea!
7. Our team will have squash and water set up for your students, who can take breaks as often as they need to have a drink or short rest.
8. Our team will conclude your session, gather your students for a group photo (if requested), and guide all the students either to the Café area for food, or to collect belongings
9. As your visit is ending., whilst your students use the facilities, our team will sweep the building for any lost property
10. Once you and your students are back on the bus, we will do all the tidying up!

Our café will be open throughout your visit for drinks and snacks (cash or card payments accepted)

Our Ninja Park has a wide variety of obstacles ranging in difficulty and offering different challenges of strength, balance, co-ordination and bravery! Every student will be able to achieve a variety of obstacles, and be challenged by many more.

Our team cannot provide physical instruction, but are happy to demonstrate different ways of using the obstacles to either simplify or create additional challenge

The Park is set out in a way that allows students to move freely, so they can choose to begin where they feel comfortable. Our team will be happy to co-ordinate challenges and games where requested or supervise freeplay!

Yes! We have catering options available with a range of hot food, just ask our team!

If you have children with allergies and intolerances just let us know!

Areas to eat packed lunches after your session can be made available at request, we do not stock nuts so politely ask these are not included in lunchboxes. 

School booking discounts are only available weekday term-time during the school day (10am-2.30pm).

We are currently taking bookings up to 19th July 2024, dates for September onwards will be available to book nearer the time.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking based on approximate group size, the remaining balance must be paid a minimum of 24 hours' before your visit date based on final numbers.

Please be aware price per Ninja is based group size, if your group size reduces in numbers below the discount threshold your group will be charged the applicable rate.
