STEP 3: You must read your confirmation email carefully as it contains important information and further instructions which require your action such as preventing parking fines and footwear requirements

STEP 4: Send out your invites and ensure you have notified us of any allergens or intolerances at least 7 days' before your booking date

STEP 5: Party time! A member of the team will greet you and support you throughout your party booking with us, so relax and enjoy!

Ninja Warrior Parties (Age 5+): All guests must be aged 5 years or over on the date of the party, there is no maximum age. Under 5s will be refused access to the equipment area during these sessions, they are however welcome to join spectators in the viewing area and party room.

Parties can be increased (only up to the maximum as detailed in the party package) by contacting our reception team. This is always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, so please contact our team to discuss before inviting additional guests to ensure we can accommodate you all (we cannot reserve spaces without full payment).

Maximum party group sizes cannot be exceeded, do not invite additional un-booked party guests with the intention of adding them to your party as we will have no choice but to sadly refuse access to these children. Thank you for understanding maximum group sizes are in place to ensure we have enough staffing, catering supplies/capacity, merchandise and space for all our booked party customers. Requests for larger bookings will always be accommodated where possible during after-school parties where we have more resources available to ensure the best experience can still be delivered.

Our party buffets include a range of options to keep even the fussiest of eaters happy, including a range of pizzas, nuggets and chips.

Please inform us of any allergens, intolerances or Vegetarians/Vegans at least 7 day's prior to your boking so our catering team can ensure all your needs are met.

All parties are very welcome to bring a birthday cake to celebrate your special day, please ask a member of the team if you need any assistance with your 'Happy Birthday' moment. Sorry, no other outside catering is permitted.

If you have any queries on food allergies and intolerances please email gloucester.bookings@ninjawarrioruk.co.uk to discuss your needs and request our full allergen information. Booking holders MUST communicate food allergens and intolerances to us, so we can ensure your meal is prepared separately using ingredients safe for the individual.

There is limited space inside the party room so we advise keeping spectators to a minimum.

To capture your experience, we offer 1 adult 'photographer' per party (two for parties 16+ guests) to enter the equipment area so you can take photos of your group and watch up-close. This person/s enter the park at their own risk and must remain on the walkways only, we also politely request you are aware of your environment when on the walkways and allow the Ninjas to pass safely where needed. Only the adult with the access pass may enter the equipment area at any one time (all other spectators must remain in the spectator area), however you can swap the pass between supervising adults as needed, your party room is positioned on a balcony overlooking the equipment area so you'll never be far and will have a great view of the park.

Spectators will not be permitted to access the equipment area without the 'Party parent pass' and appropriate footwear for your own safety (no heels, flip flops, socks or bare feet). We politely ask this information is communicated by the booking holder to any additional spectators invited to avoid disappointment or being turned away from the equipment area by our team.

Of course, and our team will be happy to support candle lighting, cake cutting and serving! However no other outside catering is permitted to brought into the venue.

Please ensure you only use standard birthday candles due to our sensitive fire alarms (no sparklers)

Please bring your own lighter/matches but please do not bring knives into the venue, your party host will be able to provide one to cut the cake.

Booking holders are responsible for ensuring allergens and intolerances of their group are considered before serving birthday cake to their guests.

Standing and table decorations are of course welcome and our team will be happy to assist decorating, however we do not allow any banners or other items to be attached/stuck to the walls as this can cause damage. Your party host will be happy to help you set-up your room if you have additional decorations.

We politely request no bouncy balls or whistles are brought into the venue, to avoid disruption to any other visitors seated outside your party room.

Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for physical activity including trainers.
Clean trainers MUST be worn on the park and those without will unfortunately be unable to enter the equipment area.

Anyone with unsuitable footwear will unfortunately be unable to participate and refunds or additional time will not be provided. We include this information on our party invites to ensure all your guests are aware.

We have a ample parking for all our guests in a large car park shared with Homebase, including for Blue Badge holders directly outside our reception door. The car park is free of charge for up to three hours, if your stay extends this please ensure you enter your vehicle registration number in the console at the entrance to prevent a parking fine.

Ninja Warrior UK are unable to assist with parking fines incurred as we unfortunately do not own or operate the car park, however there is plenty of external signage and a reminder in your booking confirmation email to assist.
