Our gift vouchers are available in any amount from £7-£200, so whether you have a toddler eager to explore our Mini Ninja sessions, a ninja in training, or a whole family of ninjas ready to race – there is something for everyone to enjoy!
Gift experience vouchers are available to purchase in park or as an e-voucher online. E-vouchers can either be sent to the purchaser to print and pop in a card, or, why not send directly to the recipient and include a personalised message to make their day.
Our gift experience vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be used to book online, including our action-packed sessions and all our ninja merchandise so you can get the ninja look! For more information please visit our Gift Voucher page.
To avoid disappointment on arrival, we strongly recommend all sessions to be pre-booked online as we do regularly become fully-booked.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session to allow time for check-in and collection of your wristbands before your session starts. Late arrival will result in missing part of your session and we are unable to extend your session to make up for any lost time due to late arrival or provide a partial/whole refund.
Due to limited available space, please do not bring spectators unless necessary.
A supervising adult must stay on site for any children under the age of 12 years. Supervising adults/spectators are free of charge and can watch from our dedicated 'distanced' spectator areas (up to two per booking).
We strongly recommend parents of children under the age of 8 book an adult into the session to provide supervision. Participating Ninjas may enter spectator areas throughout their session for drink and rest breaks, however only participants with a valid session wristband can enter the equipment area. If spectators would like to access the equipment area at any point please book in as a participant.
We require everyone entering the equipment area to read, understand and agree to abide by the Ninja Code before entering the park. No individual may access the park without first reading and understanding the Ninja Rules which are available as part of your online booking and on display in our waiting area. If you would like assistance with reading the Ninja Code or have any questions please ask a member of our team.
Participants on the course are responsible for ensuring safe play by abiding by the rules and safety information displayed or communicated by our team. In the interest of safety for themselves and our other guests, those who are deemed to be unsafe will be removed from the park and will not be provided with a refund of any kind.
This activity requires a level of physical fitness, please always only participate within your own limits and abide by the safety information provided.
Yes, we have ample parking which is free of charge for up to three hours. If you will be using the car park for longer than three hours please use the console at reception to register your vehicle and prevent a parking charge. We do not own or operate the car park so unfortunately cannot assist with any fines once incurred. Please see to the carp park signage for full information. The car park has no maximum height barrier.
Ninja Warrior Sessions are for ages 5 and above (including adults!). We advise an adult participates with any Ninjas aged under 8 years.
During our Mini Ninja sessions the under 5’s have use of the whole park, whilst we don't have a minimum age for these sessions we do recommend your mini ninjas to be walking to be able to enjoy the equipment.
Our park has a variety of obstacles suitable for all ages and abilities including adults, this includes our Warrior Run which features the famous Ninja Warrior UK Warped Wall! We recommend our Ninja Master or weekday evening sessions for any older teenagers or adults wishing to take the course more seriously!
For the safety of the under 5 as well as all other participants, Under 5s are only able to participate in our Mini Ninja sessions and are not permitted to access the equipment area during Over 5s sessions. These sessions are exclusively for toddlers up to age 4 and their adult supervisor and are a much calmer and safer environment for your little ones with extra equipment and music suitable for their ages, please see our Mini Ninja page for more information
We do run Mini Ninjas (Under 5s) followed by a Ninja Warrior (Age 5+) session for any families with mixed-aged children. We have a waiting area in our café which overlooks the park for anyone not in the current session wanting to watch their siblings play
Any child under the age of 12 must have a parent/guardian on site at all times and can supervise from the viewing area which overlooks the whole park. Access to the equipment area it restricted to those with valid participant wristbands only. If you would like to enter the equipment area at any time please ensure you have purchased an additional participant wristband.
Under 5’s must have adult supervision on the equipment at all times, entry for under 5's includes a wristband for the supervising adult.
We politely ask parents to also supervise any children under the age of 8 in the toilet facilities.
You must be a minimum of 1.25m tall to for the Jump Tower
. We recommend a minimum height of 1.4m tall for the Warrior Run.
Never attempt obstacles you do not believe you can safely complete or land from. If you need help reaching an obstacle to start it, we advise you are too small to land safely should you not complete it.
Don't worry, we have THREE walls to beat increasing in difficulty - including the famous warped wall!
We advise you leave any valuables at home however we do have lockers available (£1.50 hire charge), or, cubby holes for any non-valuable belongings. Please do not take any valuables or jewellery onto the course and ensure any items are secured safely to you or are in a zipped pocket.
Ninja Warrior UK Gloucester is not responsible for any theft or damage to your personal belongings. Please do not bring/wear any potentially sharp objects in the equipment area as this could cause injury to yourself, others or damage our equipment.
We recommend you wear something comfortable and suitable for sports activities - long sleeve tops and long bottoms are recommended to protect your arms however you may wear shorts and t-shirts if you prefer.
Please ensure you have removed all jewellery, hats and loose objects to prevent loss, damage or injury to yourself or others.
You must wear clean trainers on the course and we strongly advise you wear grip gloves to protect your hands. (Mini Ninjas please wear socks for the inflatable, bare feet are not permitted).
Anyone not dressed appropriately or wearing unsuitable footwear will be refused access to the course for your own safety, and we will be unable to refund your missed time/session.
We highly advise you wear grip gloves, ninjas with sore hands are half a ninja. These are available from reception in a range of sizes. Please note: we do not allow chalk to be used on the course.
No, we have a café upstairs that serves a range of food and drinks. We do not permit the consumption of food in our facility which has not been purchased on site.
We offer group discounts on weekdays during term time for groups of 20+ Ninjas. Please visit our 'League of Ninjas page for more information.

We offer Home-education sessions 1-2 times per month, please follow us on our social media pages for the next Home-Ed session dates and discount codes!
We do not offer Blue Light or NHS discount, however we have offered discounted events for these groups, please follow us on Social Media for any further events.
Yes we are, we announced gift voucher extensions in June 2020, please see our Gift Voucher page for full details on eligible gift vouchers for extensions and how to request yours.
Gift voucher extensions are not automatic and must be requested before vouchers expire. Sorry, we are unable to extend vouchers once they have expired but no vouchers expire earlier than December 2020 so all our customers have plenty of time to get in touch with us.

Everyone can be a Ninja at Ninja Warrior UK Gloucester, and if you need a little help to achieve this we're here for you!
Only booked participants can enter the equipment area, all non-participants will be directed to the Cafe which is positioned on a balcony overlooking the park so you're never far away! If you may need to access the equipment area for any reason, please either purchase an additional ticket to participate with your Ninja, or, contact us in advance of your booking to request a carer band.
A carer band provides access to the equipment area walkways only - for supervision and assistance purposes. They are not a participant ticket. A carer band is free of charge (max. 1:1), if you require additional access to the park please allow for this in your booking as a paid participant. To request a carer band please book your participants online and email your Booking ID to firstname.lastname@example.org, you will need to provide proof upon either booking or collection (such as a letter or Carer ID) to ensure these free carer bands are always available for those who need them.
If you are bringing a group of Ninjas who require multiple carers, please contact us to discuss your needs so we can allow for sufficient Carer access within our capacity limits as well as prepare for any other circumstances such as a group evacuation in the event of an emergency.
Due to strict health and safety capacity limits, Carer bands must be requested in advance so we can allocate you a free space. Carers must be over the age of 18 and have some form of ID. Thank you for your understanding.
Carers must also ensure they have read the rules and are dressed appropriately, non-participants as well as participants enter the equipment area at their own risk so trainers must be worn and no coats/handbags can enter the equipment area (with the exception of a small bag carrying emergency medication if required)

HOW TO FIND US
We are located along Metz Way, just 6 minutes’ drive from the M5. Parking is free of charge for up to three hours, if your visit extends this time please provide your vehicle details to reception before you exit the Ninja Park to prevent a parking charge notice.
Our park is along the Gloucester number 8 bus route, the nearest stop is ‘Eastbrook Trading Estate’ which is directly outside the Ninja Park. Alternatively, we are 1.1 miles from Gloucester Bus station which is an approximate 22 minute walk.
We are 1.1 miles from Gloucester Train station which is an approximate 22 minute walk. Alternatively, you can catch the Number 8 bus from outside the train station and ride for three stops until you reach ‘Eastbrook Trading Estate’. The bus stop is directly outside the Ninja Park.
