Our Ninja Warrior Sessions are for ages 4+ (4-year olds must be supervised on the course at all times by their parent/guardian which is free of charge). We have an under 5’s area available for mini ninjas, and during our Mini Ninja sessions the under 5’s have use of the whole park, whilst we don't have a minimum age for these sessions we do recommend your mini ninjas to be walking to be able to enjoy the equipment.
Our park has a variety of obstacles suitable for all ages and abilities including adults, this includes our Warrior Run which features the famous Ninja Warrior UK Warped Wall! We recommend our weekday evening sessions for any other teenagers or adults wishing to take the course more seriously!
Any child under the age of 12 must have a parent/guardian on site at all times. Under 5’s must have parental supervision on the equipment at all times. We politely ask parents to supervise any children under the age of 8 in the toilet facilities.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session to allow time for check-in and collection of your wristbands before your session starts. Late arrival may result in missing part of your session or your booking being moved to the next available session where possible. We are unable to extend your session to make up for any lost time due to late arrival or provide a partial/whole refund.
No, we just require everyone to read and understand the Ninja Rules before they enter the park, and abide by them on the park.
No individual may access the park without first reading and understanding the Ninja Rules, if you would like assistance with this or have any questions please ask a member of our team. Participants on the course are responsible for ensuring safe play by abiding by the rules and safety information displayed or communicated by our team. In the interest of safety for themselves and our other guests, those who are deemed to be unsafe will be removed from the park.
Yes, we have ample parking which is free of charge for up to three hours. If you will be using the car park for longer than three hours please use the console at reception to register your vehicle and prevent a parking charge. We do not operate the car park so unfortunately cannot assist with any fines once incurred.
You must be a minimum of 1.25m tall to for the Jump Tower . You must be a minimum of 1.4m tall to for the Warrior Run.
We advise you leave any valuables at home however we do have lockers and cubby holes available on site for any belongings. Lockers require a £5 cash deposit, refunded upon return of the key. Please do not take any valuables onto the course and ensure any items are secured safely to you or are in a zipped pocket. Ninja Warrior UK Adventure is not responsible for any theft or damage to your personal belongings.
We highly advise you wear gloves, ninjas with sore hands are half a ninja. These are available from reception in a range of sizes. Please note: we do not allow chalk to be used on the course.
We recommend you wear something comfortable and suitable for sports activities - long t-shirts are recommended to protect your arms however you may wear shorts and t-shirts if you prefer.
Please ensure you have removed all jewellery and loose objects to prevent loss, damage or injury to yourself or others.
You must wear trainers on the course and we advise you wear gloves to protect your hands. (Mini Ninjas please wear socks for the inflatable)
Anyone not dressed appropriately or wearing suitable footwear will be refused access to the course for your own safety, we will be unable to refund your missed session.
No, we have a café upstairs that serves a range of food and drinks.
Spectators are free of charge and can watch from the great view in the café.
We do allow spectators to pop onto the park to take photo's or engage with their group with a spectator wristband. Spectator bands allow access to the Ninja Park walkways only and spectators enter the park at their own risk. In the interest of managing the amount of people on the park for the safety and enjoyment of those participating we politely ask spectators to not remain on the park for long periods of time and you may be asked to return to the viewing area if there are large numbers of spectators on the park.
Spectator bands are free of charge as a gesture from us to allow you to capture your groups experience, they are not guaranteed to be provided and cannot be purchased. We have a limited amount of spectator bands available per session, to enable each family/group visiting an opportunity to have a spectator on the park we aim to issue these at one per booking. Please be aware if your family/group make multiple bookings this does not guarantee you multiple spectator bands however you may exchange your spectator band between spectators during the session to allow all members of your group an opportunity to see your group in action. The ONLY way to guarantee access to the park is to book a space, please do not presume you will be provided with a spectator band to enter the park with your group.
Please note: Prams, buggies and car seats cannot be taken onto the course, please speak to a member of staff for advice on where they can be stored. No babies or children under the age of 4 can enter the park during a Ninja Warrior session even if they are being carried by a spectator, is in the interest of their safety.
Yes, we offer group discounts on weekdays during term time. Groups of 20-39 ninjas are available to book online as 'League of Ninjas'. For groups of 40+ please contact email@example.com to discuss your needs.

HOW TO FIND US
We are located along Metz Way, just 6 minutes’ drive from the M5. Parking is free of charge for up to three hours, if your visit extends this time please provide your vehicle details to reception before you exit the Ninja Park to prevent a parking charge notice.
Our park is along the Gloucester number 8 bus route, the nearest stop is ‘Eastbrook Trading Estate’ which is directly outside the Ninja Park. Alternatively, we are 1.1 miles from Gloucester Bus station which is an approximate 22 minute walk.
We are 1.1 miles from Gloucester Train station which is an approximate 22 minute walk. Alternatively, you can catch the Number 8 bus from outside the train station and ride for three stops until you reach ‘Eastbrook Trading Estate’. The bus stop is directly outside the Ninja Park.
