FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes, all bookings must be made online prior to arrival.

Please arrive 'kit ready' 15 minutes prior to your session to allow time for check-in and collection of your wristbands before your session starts. Late arrival (less than 15minutes before) may result in missing part of your session and we are unable to extend your session to make up for any lost time due to late arrival or provide a partial/whole refund.

Spectators are very welcome but are NOT able to enter equipment area, we have ample space to view the action from our café balcony (free of charge) which has a great view of the Ninja park. If you would like to enter the equipment area for ANY reason please book as a participant (session entry price). Please respect our team who will be enforcing this rule to ensure capacities and ratios are being adhered to for the safety and experience of our Ninjas.

We strongly recommend parents of children under the age of 8 book an adult into the session to participate with their child.

A supervising adult must stay on site for any children under the age of 16 years.

Participant agreements form part of the booking process, you are not able to complete a booking without agreeing to our safety and participation information. This includes viewing and acknowledging understanding of our safety information prior to arrival.

After check-in, all Ninjas must remind themselves of this information by reading the displayed 'Ninja Code' safety poster in the holding area.

Participants on the course are responsible for ensuring safe play by abiding by the rules and safety information displayed or communicated by our team. In the interest of safety for themselves and our other guests, those who are deemed to be unsafe will be removed from the park and will not be provided with a refund of any kind. Unsafe play or aggression will not be tolerated by our team, for the enjoyment and safety of all participants any Ninja or spectator acting inappropriately towards staff or other customers will have their session terminated without refund.

This activity requires a level of physical fitness, please always only participate within your own limits and abide by the safety information provided. Our team are there to provide guidance and assistance and will be happy to help.

Any child under the age of 16 must have a parent/guardian on site at all times and can supervise from the viewing area which overlooks the whole park if they do not wish to participate. Access to the equipment area it restricted to those with valid participant wristbands only. If you would like to enter the equipment area at any time please ensure you have purchased an additional participant wristband.

Under 5’s must have adult supervision on the equipment at all times, entry for under 5's includes a wristband for the supervising adult (max. 1:2 ratio)

We politely ask parents to also supervise any children under the age of 8 in the toilet facilities.

Yes, we have ample parking which is free of charge for up to three hours. 
If you will be using the car park for longer than three hours please use the console at reception to register your vehicle and prevent a parking charge. We do not own or operate the car park so unfortunately cannot assist with any fines once incurred. Please see to the car park signage for full information. The car park has no maximum height barrier, with two disabled parking bays available immediately outside the entrance for valid blue badge holders.

We share our car park with Homebase, please make use of all 250+ spaces and do not block other vehicles by attempting to park closest to our front door.

All our sessions have age restrictions, Ninjas MUST be the appropriate age for the session to be able to participate. This is for the safety and enjoyment of the individual as well as the other Ninjas in that session. Ninjas booked in sessions inappropriate for their age will be refused access and refunds will not be provided for this reason. Thank you for understanding age restrictions are in place for the safety of yourself / your child as well as all others in the session.

You must be a minimum of 1.25m tall to for the Jump Tower
. We recommend a minimum height of 1.4m tall for the Warrior Run. Never attempt obstacles you do not believe you can safely complete or land from. If you cannot reach an obstacle even with one of our stepping blocks, we advise you are too small to land safely should you not complete it.

We have THREE walls to beat increasing in height/difficulty - including the famous warped wall!

Our weight limit is 120kg

We advise you leave any valuables at home however we do have lockers available (£1.50 hire charge), or, cubby holes for any non-valuable belongings. Do not take any valuables or jewellery onto the course and ensure all items are secured safely to you or are in a zipped pocket.

Ninja Warrior UK Gloucester is not responsible for any theft or damage to your personal belongings. Please do not bring/wear any potentially sharp objects in the equipment area as this could cause injury to yourself, others or damage our equipment. Ninjas must remove caps, belts and jewellery prior to entering.

Our foam pits are very hungry, they will gobble up any loose items such as jewellery, watches, keys and even mobile phones. Please keep these safely in a locker to prevent loss or damage. Lost items in foam pits can take weeks to be found and returned to their owner so we strongly advise you only use your phone to take photos from the walkways and then safely secure it back in your locker.

We recommend you wear something comfortable and suitable for sports activities - long sleeve tops and long bottoms are recommended to protect your arms however you may wear shorts and t-shirts if you prefer. Please ensure you have removed all jewellery, hats/caps and loose objects to prevent loss, damage or injury to yourself or others. As this is a physical activity using obstacles, we recommend wearing old clothing as it's possible items of clothing may receive wear and tear from the equipment.

You MUST wear clean trainers on the course and we strongly advise you wear grip gloves to protect your hands. (Mini Ninjas please wear socks for the inflatable, bare feet are not permitted).

Anyone not dressed appropriately or wearing unsuitable footwear will be refused access to the course for your own safety, and we will be unable to refund your missed time/session.

We highly advise you wear grip gloves, ninjas with sore hands are half a ninja. These are available from reception in a range of sizes. Please note: we do not allow chalk to be used on the course.

We do not have customer Wifi, we hope you enjoy taking in the moment and making lots of Ninja memories whether you're on the course or supervising from the Café

No, we have a café which serves a range of food and drinks. We do not permit the consumption of food in our facility which has not been purchased on site.

We do not allow dogs inside the venue and there is very limited shaded areas outside so please do not bring your furry friend with you.

Assistance dogs for those with a disability or medical condition are of course permitted in all areas of our venue. In accordance with the Equality and Human Rights Commission, assistance dogs must meet the following criteria:
- Be highly trained.
- Not wander freely around the premises.
- Sit or lie quietly on the floor next to the owner and are trained to go to the toilet on command and so are unlikely to foul in a public place.
- Most are instantly recognisable by the harness, lead or identifying dog jacket they wear.
If you are visiting with your assistance dog please speak to a member of the team if we can make your visit with us more comfortable for you both.

• Two disabled parking spaces are available directly outside our entrance
• There are no steps to enter the building or in our corridors, but there are steps to enter and exit the equipment area
• The accessible toilet is located on the ground floor
• The café/viewing area is located on the first floor accessible via stairs or our lift
• For those who are sensory sensitive or epileptic please be aware our facility has flashing lights and loud music
• Ear defenders may of course be worn if this makes you more comfortable
• For those sensory sensitive to clothing, please be aware trainers and sport-appropriate clothes such as joggers/leggings must be worn as a requirement and we are unable to make exceptions for your safety
• If at any point you find the environment overwhelming, please ask a member of the team and we will be happy to provide a quieter/less stimulating space for a break
• Peak times are typically very busy and noisy, please give us a call and our team will advise the most suitable time to visit if you'd prefer a quieter environment
• If you may require assistance in an emergency such as an evacuation, please speak to a member of our team either before or on arrival so we can plan appropriate support should there be an evacuation

Only those with valid participant wristbands are permitted entry to the equipment area. If your Ninja/s require support from a carer, please either book additional participant spaces OR bring a form of Carer ID with you so we can provide walkway access to the equipment area. If you are unsure if it is safe/suitable for you or a member of your group to participate, please seek advice from a medical professional before booking.

Yes, we offer work experience and will be happy to invite you into our team. We are only able to supervise one work-experience student at any one time, so please ensure you arrange this with us in advance to avoid disappointment. To enquire, please email gloucester@ninjawarrioruk.co.uk including information on your work experience requirements. Please be aware due to the nature of our business evening and weekend work is standard in our roles.

BY CAR

We are located along Metz Way, just 6 minutes’ drive from the M5. Parking is free of charge for up to three hours, if your visit extends this time please provide your vehicle details to reception before you exit the Ninja Park to prevent a parking charge notice.

BY BUS

Our park is along the Gloucester number 8 bus route, the nearest stop is ‘Eastbrook Trading Estate’ which is directly outside the Ninja Park. Alternatively, we are 1.1 miles from Gloucester Bus station which is an approximate 22 minute walk.

BY TRAIN

We are 1.1 miles from Gloucester Train station which is an approximate 22 minute walk. Alternatively, you can catch the Number 8 bus from outside the train station and ride for three stops until you reach ‘Eastbrook Trading Estate’. The bus stop is directly outside the Ninja Park.
