As part of our COVID-19 safety measures and to avoid disappointment on arrival, all sessions must be pre-booked online. Due to all sessions being booked online, the online booking discount is currently not available.
As part of our phased re-opening, some sessions may not be available but we look forward to re-introducing these when safe to do so.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session to allow time for check-in and collection of your wristbands before your session starts. Late arrival may result in missing part of your session or your booking being moved to the next available session where possible. We are unable to extend your session to make up for any lost time due to late arrival or provide a partial/whole refund.

Due to limited available space, please do not bring spectators unless necessary.

A supervising adult must stay on site for any children under the age of 12 years.

If you have children in your group. supervising adults/spectators are free of charge and can watch from our dedicated spectator areas (up to two per household). To ensure the safety and social distancing of our Ninja's on the park, spectators will not be permitted to enter the equipment area. We strongly recommend parents of children under the age of 8 book an adult into the session to provide supervision.

We require everyone to read, understand and agree to abide by the Ninja Code before entering the park. No individual may access the park without first reading and understanding the Ninja Rules, if you would like assistance with this or have any questions please ask a member of our team.

Participants on the course are responsible for ensuring safe play by abiding by the rules and safety information displayed or communicated by our team. In the interest of safety for themselves and our other guests, those who are deemed to be unsafe will be removed from the park and will not be provided with a refund of any kind.

This activity requires a level of physical fitness, please always only participate within your own limits and abide by the safety information provided.

Yes, we have ample parking which is free of charge for up to three hours. 
If you will be using the car park for longer than three hours please use the console at reception to register your vehicle and prevent a parking charge. We do not operate the car park so unfortunately cannot assist with any fines once incurred.

Ninja Warrior Sessions are for ages 5+ however we do have a small under 5’s area available for mini ninjas during these sessions (under 5's must be supervised by an adult)*

During our Mini Ninja sessions the under 5’s have use of the whole park, whilst we don't have a minimum age for these sessions we do recommend your mini ninjas to be walking to be able to enjoy the equipment.

Our park has a variety of obstacles suitable for all ages and abilities including adults, this includes our Warrior Run which features the famous Ninja Warrior UK Warped Wall! We recommend our Ninja Master or weekday evening sessions for any older teenagers or adults wishing to take the course more seriously!

Any child under the age of 12 must have a parent/guardian on site at all times and can supervise from the viewing area which overlooks the whole park. Access to the equipment area it restricted to those with valid wristbands only.

Under 5’s must have adult supervision on the equipment at all times, entry for under 5's includes a wristband for the supervising adult.

We politely ask parents to supervise any children under the age of 8 in the toilet facilities.

You must be a minimum of 1.25m tall to for the Jump Tower
. We recommend a minimum height of 1.4m tall for the Warrior Run.

We advise you leave any valuables at home however we do have lockers* and cubby holes available on site for any belongings. Lockers require a £5 cash deposit, refunded upon return of the key. Please do not take any valuables onto the course and ensure any items are secured safely to you or are in a zipped pocket. Ninja Warrior UK Adventure is not responsible for any theft or damage to your personal belongings.

We highly advise you wear grip gloves, ninjas with sore hands are half a ninja. These are available from reception in a range of sizes. Please note: we do not allow chalk to be used on the course.

Hands must be sanitised before entering the park using the stations provided, we also have various hand sanitising stations throughout the park.

We recommend you wear something comfortable and suitable for sports activities - long sleeve tops and long bottoms are recommended to protect your arms however you may wear shorts and t-shirts if you prefer.

Please ensure you have removed all jewellery, hats and loose objects to prevent loss, damage or injury to yourself or others.

You must wear trainers on the course and we advise you wear gloves to protect your hands. (Mini Ninjas please wear socks for the inflatable)

Anyone not dressed appropriately or wearing unsuitable footwear will be refused access to the course for your own safety, and we will be unable to refund your missed time/session.

No, we have a café upstairs that serves a range of food and drinks. We do not permit the consumption of food in our cafe which has not been purchased on site.

Yes, we offer group discounts on weekdays during term time. Groups of 20-39 ninjas are available to book online as 'League of Ninjas'. For groups of 40+ please contact to discuss your needs.

Our phone lines are exceptionally busy during peak times, we recommend emailing us if your query is non-urgent and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

Need to reschedule or cancel a booking?
Please email us with your booking ID number and your new requested session date and time a minimum of 4 hours before your session. Our team will recognise 'notice' from the time your email is received, so please don't worry if you do not receive an immediate response.

We are located along Metz Way, just 6 minutes’ drive from the M5. Parking is free of charge for up to three hours, if your visit extends this time please provide your vehicle details to reception before you exit the Ninja Park to prevent a parking charge notice.


Our park is along the Gloucester number 8 bus route, the nearest stop is ‘Eastbrook Trading Estate’ which is directly outside the Ninja Park. Alternatively, we are 1.1 miles from Gloucester Bus station which is an approximate 22 minute walk.


We are 1.1 miles from Gloucester Train station which is an approximate 22 minute walk. Alternatively, you can catch the Number 8 bus from outside the train station and ride for three stops until you reach ‘Eastbrook Trading Estate’. The bus stop is directly outside the Ninja Park.
