To keep our Ninja’s safe whilst they enjoy their visit, we have introduced several safety measures:

We have reduced capacity in our sessions to support our Ninja’s social distancing. With a period of closure between sessions to complete deep cleaning.
Face masks must be worn inside the building except when participating on the park or sat at a table in our cafe area.

Bookings must be made online in advance. We advise you book your session in household/bubble groups so our team can plan for your visit. Following government updates in affect from 14/09/2020 customers must only book to visit in a group of 6 or less unless in a household. support bubble or class bubble (school bookings) larger than this number.

If you, or anyone in your household, is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please contact us to re-arrange your visit a minimum of four hours before your session start time. DO NOT visit the facility and please follow NHS guidelines.

To allow our Ninja’s plenty of space to enjoy their session safely, spectators are not permitted to enter the Ninja Park. We strongly recommend parents of children under the age of 8 book an adult into the session to provide supervision. We have a viewing area available in the café for spectators, due to distancing our tables this space limited so we advise spectators only attend if they are a parent of a child under the age of 16. You may bring up to two spectators if you are from the same household.

Doors will open approximately 10 minutes before the start of your session. Please wait outside on our distancing markers or in your car until this time.

Always sanitise your hands upon entry and again as you enter the Ninja Park or Cafe. We have various sanitiser stations throughout the building.

Please arrive ‘kit ready’ for your activity. Lockers will not be available however non-valuables can be stored in the cubby holes. Ninja Warrior must be wearing trainers, Mini Ninjas must be wearing socks (no bare feet).

Whilst visiting the facility, please support social distancing – we have signage in place to remind you. Where possible we have implemented a one-way system, where this was not possible, please maintain social distancing guidance. If spectating/resting in the cafe there is a maximum of 6 people per table, and tables cannot be moved or grouped together.

Our team will be continuously cleaning throughout the day, during dedicated closed time between sessions and performing a deep cleaning and fogging after close.

Please respect any instructions from our staff, these are in place to support a safe and enjoyable visit for yourself and others. Supervising adults of young Ninjas will be responsible for ensuring our safety measures are followed.

Once you have completed your session, you will be guided out the building and we will close for a period of time to complete cleaning before welcoming the next group. Thank you for your prompt exit to allow us to complete this in time for the next session.

To keep you and your loved ones safe and informed, customers details will be kept for up to 21 days as part of our track and trace system at the point of booking so we can contact you should you need to self-isolate.

These safety and hygiene measures are based on current government guidance which may change, please check before booking and arrival. Ninja Warrior UK Adventure Gloucester is not responsible for updates to Government Measures which may affect your booking and our booking terms and conditions will still apply, for this reason we always advise you book in household/bubble groups. If your booking is affected please do contact us as we'll be happy to discuss your options on how we can accommodate your booking safely or reschedule

The only closed area is the Under 5’s inflatable, all other areas of the park are still in use, regularly cleaned and with signage in place to encourage social distancing.

Due to distancing our tables in the cafe, you may notice changes to our spectator seating. We've attempted to allow as many of you as safely possible to join us however spaces for spectators are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis via our booking page on the website (free of charge).

We strongly advise you do not bring spectators unless necessary (for example, to act as an adult supervisor for your children).

Spectators will not be permitted to enter the ninja course area to ensure we can manage the capacity on the park and give the Ninjas the space they need to enjoy the obstacles safety. If you are bringing children under the age of 8 years old, we strongly advise you book and adult into the session with them. Under 12's must have an adult on site however you're welcome to book in as a spectator free of charge and view from the seating areas.

Spectator spaces are limited, and so will need to be added to your visit (free of charge) as part of the booking process. When booking, you can add up to two spectators to your session, if there are no 'spectator' spaces available for the session you are attempting to book this is because the spectator seating is full, and you will need to either participate or book into another session with spectator availability.

We politely ask groups to book in their household or 'bubble' groups, so our teams can provide enough distanced seating for you.

A 60-minute Ninja Warrior (Age 5+) session or Ninja Master (Age 16+) session will cost £12 per Ninja. Mini Ninjas (Under 5s) are £7 for 1 adult and one toddler. Due to all customers being required to pre-book online, our online booking discounts are currently unavailable.

Ninja Parties will be available to book from 30th September, please visit the Ninja Parties page on the website for more information and complete an enquiry form to book. Due to high volumes of enquiries and in the fairness of a customer waiting list we are unable to accept bookings for parties over the phone or email and all customers must use the booking form to request a booking. Enquiries will be responded to on a first come first served basis.

Face masks must be worn inside the building except when participating on the park or sat at a table in our cafe area. Please continue to observe social distancing and hand sanitising even if you are wearing a mask. Our friendly team will be wearing masks for any face-to-face roles, we’re sorry you won’t see our beautiful smiles!

The café will be open and serving hot and cold drinks and a variety of snacks and ‘grab-and-go’ items. Please pay via contactless or card to keep our team safe, and use our one-way system to reach the serving area.

Lockers will not be available for use during the first phase of re-opening. We have cubby holes available for any non-valuable items, however we recommend arriving ‘kit-ready’ and leaving any additional items at home or in the car.

We have reduced the number of ninjas and spectators and are opening our doors a maximum of ten minutes before the start of the session to prevent crowds forming in our reception and holding area. Our staff will help navigate your through our new customer journey, and customers will be asked to queue as households on the markers provided before a staggered entry onto the ninja park. Spectators will be directed upstairs to our viewing gallery where they can watch all the action from the balcony.

Following the updated government measures in place from 14/09/2020 please do not book in groups larger than 6 persons unless you are in a permitted support bubble / class bubble (school bookings) or household larger than this amount. Thank you for your co-operation with this and for keeping our customers and staff team safe.

Our team will be cleaning continuously throughout the day including during the 20-minute periods of closure between sessions to ensure the building is sanitised before we welcome the next group.
