KEEPING YOU SAFE

To keep our Ninjas safe whilst they enjoy their visit, we have introduced several safety measures:

All bookings must be pre-booked online and conform to current Government restrictions, including group size. As part of our responsibility to keep our customers, staff and community safe, bookings knowingly made against government measures may be refused entry and will not be refunded.

We have reduced capacity in our sessions, distanced our tables and implemented one-way systems to support social distancing.

Face masks must be worn by all persons over the age of 11 except when participating on the course/obstacles, sitting at a table, or if medically exempt.

If you, or anyone in your household, is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please contact us to re-arrange your visit a minimum of four hours before your session start time. DO NOT visit the facility and please follow NHS guidelines.

Doors will open approximately 10 minutes before the start of your session. Please wait outside on our distancing markers or in your car until this time.

Always sanitise your hands upon entry, and again as you enter the Ninja Park and/or Cafe. We have various sanitiser stations throughout the building.

Please arrive ‘kit ready’ for your activity. Lockers will not be available but non-valuables may be stored in the cubby holes. Ninja Warriors must be wearing clean trainers, Mini Ninjas must be wearing socks (no bare feet).

Our team will be continuously cleaning throughout the day in addition to deep cleaning and fogging after close with approved chemicals.

Please respect any instructions from our staff, these are in place to support a safe and enjoyable visit for yourself and others. Supervising adults of young Ninjas will be responsible for ensuring our safety measures are followed.

To keep you and your loved ones safe and informed, customers details will be kept for up to 21 days as part of our track and trace system at the point of booking so we can contact you should you need to self-isolate.

These safety and hygiene measures are based on current government guidance which may change, please check before booking and arrival. Ninja Warrior UK Gloucester is not responsible for updates to Government Measures which may affect your booking and our booking terms and conditions will still apply. If your booking is affected please do contact us as we'll be happy to discuss your options on how we can accommodate your booking safely or reschedule

We will be releasing sessions in stages to allow us to continually monitor guidance and adapt our measures. There may be some sessions or activities unavailable for booking however we look forward to these returning when it is safe to do so.

Bookings will need to be made online via our website prior to arrival, as we have vastly reduced our capacity to allow social distancing spaces will be extremely limited and may sell out fast.

Our opening times may be different to usual, please check our ‘Book Now’ page to view available sessions and always pre-book before arrival.

Ninja Warrior UK Gloucester cannot be held responsible for government measures which may affect your booking, for this reason we always advise you book for your own household/bubble only and ensure you comply with the latest guidance.

We strongly advise you do not bring spectators unless necessary (for example, to act as an adult supervisor for your children).

Spectators are not be permitted to enter the equipment area, however our spectator seating on the balcony does overlook the park so you won't be far away. If you are bringing children under the age of 8 years old, we recommend you book and adult into the session with them to ensure they can make the most of their time at the Ninja Park.

Under 12's must have an adult on site however you're welcome to book in as a spectator free of charge and view from the seating areas.

Spectator spaces are limited, and so will need to be added to your visit (free of charge) as part of the booking process. When booking, you can add up to two spectators to your session, if there are no 'spectator' spaces available for the session you are attempting to book this is because the spectator seating is full, and you will need to either participate or book into a different session with spectator availability.

Please visit the Ninja Parties page on the website for more information.

Face masks must be worn inside the building except when participating on the park or sat at a table in our cafe area. Please continue to observe social distancing and hand sanitising even if you are wearing a mask. Our friendly team will be wearing masks for any face-to-face roles, we’re sorry you won’t see our beautiful smiles!

The café will be open and serving hot and cold drinks and a variety of snacks and ‘grab-and-go’ items.

Lockers will not be available. We have cubby holes available for any non-valuable items, however we recommend arriving ‘kit-ready’ and leaving any additional items at home or in the car.

Our team will be cleaning continuously throughout the day, including during the periods of closure between sessions to ensure the touch points are sanitised before we welcome the next group. In addition to this, we will be completing daily deep cleaning including fogging using a chemical certified to BSEN:1276/14476 and proven to kill MRSA, E-coli, Norovirus and Coronavirus with a residual protection for up to eight days, so you can feel confident we're keeping you safe.

All guests will be asked to sanitise their hands on arrival, and throughout their visit using the various stations provided to help us maintain these high standards
