Great, you would like to book a party, well we would love to host you!

STEP 1: Select the date of choice.

STEP 2: check what availability we have and select the party type.

STEP 3: confirm numbers and add to basket. Then checkout.

STEP 4: Once payment is received your confirmation email with party form and waiver link will be sent out. Please fill in the party form and forward waivers parents in order for them to sign it for their children (under 16, over 16's must complete their own).

STEP 5: If full payment is made we will send you your confirmation email, please ensure you read this carefully as it contains important information and further instructions.

STEP 6: Send out your invites and complete your party form a minimum of 10 days before your party date

STEP 7: Party time! Your party host will greet you and support you throughout your party booking with us, so relax and enjoy!

Due to high volumes of party enquiries we allow enquiring customers 24 hours to make payment for their requested party slot, please be aware if payment is not received within this time the slot will become available to other enquiring customers. It is for this reason we require up to three working days to respond to initial party enquiries, however please rest assured enquiries are responded to in the order they are received. As we can have multiple customers enquiring about the same party slots we ask all customers to complete the booking enquiry form above so that we can ensure fairness and a high level of customer service across all our party guests, the reception team are currently unable to take party enquiries over the phone or at the desk for these reasons.

So supporting adults are required for all ninjas aged 4 -8. You get on fee standard ticket with every party. But you may need to book more standard sessions for some extra adults. for ages 4/5 its 3 children to every 1 adult. for ages 6/7 its 4 children to every 1 adult. and for ages 8 its 5 children to every 1 adult. The supporting adults will be required to be able to lift and assist the children. Our team cannot assist the children physically in anyway. Adults must have a valid wristband and waiver to be in the Ninja Area. As we are limited to a lower capacity it does mean those adults will have to pay. The one hour Ninja session is the cheapest way to do this. This does of course mean all those adults can get their Ninja on too. These parks are designed for all ages.

All guests must be aged 4 years or over on the date of the party

The minimum number of total guests for a party booking is 11, the maximum is 20 in the large party room and 8 to 12 in the small party room.

If you would like to increase the number of guests in your party after booking we are happy to accommodate (subject to availability for your session time). We advise you call us with as much notice as possible to confirm availability and increase your booking as unfortunately once the session is fully booked we are unable to add any further participants. If you increase your booking beyond 14 guests your party will automatically become a 'large party' so please be aware your food options may change.

Yes, we require full payment at the time of booking. Due to high volumes of enquiries we are unable to reserve parties without full payment.

Of course! Please ask your party host to assist in singing happy birthday when the time comes! All we ask is no other outside catering is brought into the park, and you only use standard birthday candles due to our fire alarms.

Standing and table decorations are of course welcome, however we do not allow any banners or other items to be attached to the walls as this can cause damage.

The buffet varies with each package however there will be a combination of...
stone baked Cheese pizza,
stone baked pepperoni pizza
chunky chips
crispy chicken nuggets
mixed crisps
(veggie, Vegan or Halal if required)

Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for physical activity including trainers. Trainers must be worn on the park, anyone with unsuitable footwear will unfortunately be unable to participate. We include this information on our party invites to ensure all your guests are aware.
All inflatable users must also have Ninja warrior anti bacterial socks for obvious reasons.
