KEEPING YOU SAFE
We have been working hard to create a customer experience that will offer the safest environment possible for you and your family while not compromising on all the action-packed fun!
To keep our Ninja’s safe whilst they enjoy their visit, we have introduced several safety measures:
New GUIDELINES – No more than 6 adults (over 12) from 1 household can meet and arrive together. Social distancing in the Ninja Zone is 2m from other groups and 1m in the Ninja Cafe in line with current gov guidelines. Under 12s are not effected by the new changes. Other groups you may know will still have to remain outside of these distances.
We have reduced capacity in our sessions to support our Ninja’s social distancing. With frequent cleaning taking place of all heavy traffic surfaces.
Opt in temp check.
Bookings must be made online in advance. Please book your session in household groups, so our team can plan for your visit.
Your details will be kept for track and trace.
If you, or anyone in your household, is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please contact us to re-arrange your visit a minimum of four hours before your session start time. DO NOT visit the facility and please follow NHS guidelines.
To allow our Ninja’s plenty of space to enjoy their session safely, spectators are not permitted to enter the Ninja Park. Parents of children under the age of 8 must book an adult into the session to provide supervision on the obstacles and with sanitisation and good hygiene. We have a viewing area available in the café for spectators, due to distancing our tables this space limited so we advise spectators only attend if they are a parent of a child under the age of 16. You may bring one for one spectators from the same household. IE one payed Ninja allows one spectator.
Doors will open approximately 10 minutes before the start of your session. Please wait outside or in your car until this time.
Please sanitise your hands upon entry and as you enter the Ninja Park. We have various sanitiser stations throughout the building. And use a face covering when not active in the Ninja zone or eating/drinking in the café.
Please arrive ‘kit ready’ for your activity. Lockers will not be available however non-valuables can be stored in the cubby holes.
Whilst visiting the facility, please support social distancing – we have signage in place to remind you. Where possible we have implemented a one-way system, where this was not possible, please maintain social distancing guidance.
Our team will be continuously cleaning throughout the day during hourly wipe downs of all major touch points, and also during dedicated closed time between days for performing a deep cleaning and fogging every evening. They also get temperature checked daily on arrival of their shift.
Reduced menu for less packaging and deliveries to the building.
No more than 2 people in the male or female toilets at any one point.
One way systems in place on the course and one person per obstacle.
Please Que socially distanced when entering the building.
Tables have been removed for more space and we have taken away all menus and table advertising for less contact points. Any food ordered will be brought to your table.
Amongst these and many other covid protocols we are doing our best to keep you safe and make sure you enjoy your experience.
