FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Under current Covid 19 safety guidance, we are only taking online pre-bookings.
You may prefer to buy a gift voucher, which is valid for up to 12 months.

Our Ninja Warrior UK sessions are for ages 5+
Any child under the age of 12 must have a parent/guardian in the venue at all times, who is part of their single household or bubble booking group.

We recommend our weekday evening sessions for any teenagers or adults wishing to take the course more seriously - but you must be from the same household or support bubble group.

Any child under the age of 12 must have a parent/guardian with them in the venue at all times, who is part of their single household or bubble booking group. Under 5s must have parental/guardian supervision on the equipment at all times. We politely ask the parent/guardian to supervise their children under the age of 8 in the toilet facilities.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session to allow time for check-in and collection of your wristbands before your session starts. Late arrival may result in missing part of your session or your booking being moved to the next available session where possible. We are unable to extend your session to make up for any lost time due to late arrival or provide a partial/whole refund.

We require all users to complete a waiver. The waiver is valid for 12 months. No individual may access the courses or obstacles without completing a waiver.
We also require everyone to read and understand the Ninja Rules before they enter the venue, and abide by them in the venue. If you would like assistance with this or have any questions please ask a member of our team.
Participants on the course are responsible for ensuring safety when undertaking activities by abiding by the rules and safety information displayed or communicated by our team. In the interest of safety for themselves and our other guests, those who are deemed to be unsafe/ failing to comply by the rules will be removed from the venue.

Parking is available in The Beacon car park and the Junction Road car park.

You must be a minimum of 1.25m tall to for the Jump Tower
. You must be a minimum of 1.4m tall for the Warrior Run.

We advise that you leave any valuables at home, though we have some storage for shoes and lockers for hire.
Please do not take any valuables onto the course.
Ninja Warrior UK Adventure Park Eastbourne is not responsible for any theft or damage to your personal belongings.

We strongly advise you to wear gloves, as a Ninja with sore hands is half a Ninja. These are available to buy in advance when you book or from reception in a range of sizes. Please note: we do not allow chalk to be used on the course.

All Ninjas must wear Ninja Warrior UK hygiene wear socks on the inflatable course.
We recommend you wear something comfortable and suitable for sports activities. Long t-shirts are recommended to protect your arms or you may wear sports shorts, t-shirts or leggings.

 Please ensure you have removed all jewellery and loose objects to prevent loss, damage or injury to yourself or others.

You must wear clean trainers on the Ninja Warrior UK course and we advise you to wear gloves to protect your hands.
Anyone not dressed appropriately or wearing suitable footwear will be refused access to the courses, for your own safety. We will be unable to refund your missed session or any part of your session that you miss for this reason.

No, we have a Café upstairs that serves a range of food and drinks. Note, we are currently offering table service only.

Spectating is free of charge and can be done from the Café and viewing area.
Note, there may be Covid-19 guideline restrictions in place on the number of spectators allowed in and their access to the park area. 


We politely ask spectators to leave the venue immediately after their session - this is to enable us to clean and reset the venue for the next session.
Please note: Prams, buggies and car seats cannot be taken onto the course. Please speak to a member of staff for advice on where they can be stored. No babies or children under the age of 5 can enter the course area during a Ninja Warrior UK session, even if they are being carried by a spectator, this is in the interests of their safety.

HOW TO FIND US

The reception area and entrance is on the ground floor of The Beacon, between the Menkind and Claire’s shops. Access to the Adventure Park is via a lift or stairs within Ninja Warrior UK reception area.

BY CAR

We are located within the Beacon Shopping Centre, the hub of the town centre. The Beacon has 1300 spaces across two car parks offering reasonably priced, secure parking. The main car park is situated directly above the Centre and the second is just two minutes away in Junction Road. Both car parks are within a few minutes walk of the seafront. For Sat Nav users, our address is Ninja Warrior UK, The Beacon, Eastbourne, BN21 3NW.

BY BUS

Local and regional bus services will drop you off very close to the main doors of The Beacon.

BY TRAIN

The Beacon is opposite the main Eastbourne Train station and is less than a two minute walk to the main door!
