Our compulsory antibacterial socks are for use on the inflatable areas of our course, these are available to purchase at reception, or in advance.

Unfortunately not, our socks have antibacterial properties and are specifically required to assist us in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene in our venue.

For the Ninja areas we have three runs, one for up to age 14 and then two for age 14+, this is an advisory and all runs can be used by all customers.

This will give you enough time to get checked in, collect wristbands, compulsory NWUK socks, complete any waivers if you haven't done so already and then safely store all your belongings in the lockers ready for you to start at your session time.
Please ensure you bring ID and the payment card you made your booking with as you may be asked for these on arrival.

We start 60 minute sessions every 30 minutes, for example 10.00am, 10.30am, 11.00am, 11.30am etc

We are asking spectating adults to remain in the spectator areas, in the current circumstances.
We politely request that prams are not taken onto the course as this can cause obstructions and or a hazard. Please speak to a member of staff for advice on where they can be stored.
