FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We are an activity centre, so we recommend sportswear, long sleeves and clean trainers are essential to allow you to fully unleash your inner Ninja on our course. Our compulsory antibacterial socks are for use on the inflatable areas of our course, these are available to purchase at reception, or in advance.

Unfortunately not, our socks have antibacterial properties and are specifically required to assist us in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene in our venue.

We have activities and equipment suitable for all ages.
For the Ninja areas we have three runs, one for up to age 14 and then two for age 14+, this is an advisory and all runs can be used by all customers.
The large inflatable for ages 5+.
The inflatable can be used by children aged 5 and under so long as they are accompanied by a full paying adult at all times.

All children up to the age of 14 years must have a responsible adult with them at the venue at all times during their visit.
Spectators are admitted to the park free of charge, but must be part of the same household/support bubble booking group.

Friday 12pm - 7pm
Saturday & Sunday 10am - 7pm

Half Term opening times:
10am - 7pm Monday to Saturday
10am to 7pm on Sundays


Christmas Eve & New Years Eve 10am - 3pm
Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day - CLOSED

We advise customers to arrive 20 minutes before your session. This will give you enough time to get checked in, collect wristbands, compulsory NWUK socks, complete any waivers if you haven't done so already and then safely store all your belongings in the lockers ready for you to start at your session time.
Please ensure you bring ID and the payment card you made your booking with as you may be asked for these on arrival.

We start 60 minute sessions every 30 minutes, for example 10.00am, 10.30am, 11.00am, 11.30am etc

Sessions last for 1 hour, if you wish to extend your time at the venue you can do so for an additional fee. Subject to capacity availability.

We are asking spectating adults to remain in the spectator areas, in the current circumstances.
We politely request that prams are not taken onto the course as this can cause obstructions and or a hazard. Please speak to a member of staff for advice on where they can be stored.

We have many offers available, any valid offers will be listed on the booking page once you have selected the date you wish to visit.

We are happy to advise we offer a 20% discount on our standard admission prices to all Blue Light Card holders. This includes all emergency services and armed forces.
We normally also offer a 10% discount off the standard admission fee to groups of 10 or more, though this is currently restricted by Covid-19 guidelines.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any offers at any time without prior notification.

Yes of course, we do include food for all party attendees in our packages but you are more than welcome to bring along your own birthday cake.
Please note we politely request you do not bring sparklers, or re-igniting candles as these can set off our smoke alarms.
We also request guests do not bring party poppers/confetti cannons etc.

Yes we do in our café and restaurant, which serves hot and cold food and drinks.

Yes, we do have an on site car park which is free to use. It is monitored by a parking company under the instruction of the land owner, so you are required to enter your car’s registration number on the tablet in reception when arriving at the venue to avoid receiving a parking charge notice.
If for any reason you do receive a PCN please email us to have the charge cancelled.

Yes, each participant must sign an online waiver. The waiver is valid for 12 months.
Participants under 18yrs old must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.

Our x-small socks are up to a childs size 13.
Small socks are 1-3
Medium socks are 4-6
Large socks are 7 - 9
x-large socks are 10+

Bookings are non refundable.
If you need to cancel for any reason a credit voucher will be issued which is valid for 12months.
For party and large group/school bookings we require a minimum of 2 weeks cancellation notice.
Less than 2 weeks notice we are unable to offer a refund but we can offer an alternative date.

If using a SATNAV please enter postcode CF11 8EY. From Junction 33 of the M4, take the 2nd exit onto the A4232 direction Cardiff (Gorllewin / Caerdydd / Barry / Barri / Airport / Maes Awyr Airport / Penarth)
Exit to the  B4267 (Industrial Area / Stadiums).
Take the 2nd exit, onto Hadfield Road. We are opposite the Toyota and Jaguar showrooms.

Please note: our car park is monitored by a parking company instructed by our landlord. You are required to enter your car registration details on arrival to validate your parking.

BY BUS

Buses 92, 93 and 94 run regularly. Nearest stops are Sorting Office and Glynstell Close. Check cardiffbus.com for timetable.

BY TRAIN

We are approximately 6 minutes’ walk from Grangetown Station.
