We are an activity centre, so we recommend sportswear, long sleeves and clean trainers are essential to allow you to fully unleash your inner Ninja on our course. Our compulsory antibacterial socks are for use on the inflatable areas of our course, these are available to purchase at reception, or in advance.
Unfortunately, no, our socks have antibacterial properties and are specifically required to assist us in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene in our venue.
We have activities and equipment suitable for all ages. The large inflatable for ages 5+
For the Ninja areas we have three runs, one for up to age 14 and then two for age 14+
The larger inflatable can be used by under 4s so long as they are accompanied by a full paying adult.
All children up to the age of 12 years must have a responsible adult with them at the venue at all times during their visit.
Spectators are admitted to the park free of charge, but must be part of the same household/support bubble booking group.
We are open, 09.00am - 9.15pm 7 days a week
We advise customers to arrive 15 minutes before your session. This will give you enough time to get checked in, collect wristbands and socks and then safely store all your belongings in the lockers ready for you to start at your session time.
Please ensure you bring ID and the payment card you made your booking with as you will be asked for these on arrival.
We start 60 minute sessions every 90 minutes, for example 09.30am, 11.00am, 12.30pm etc
Sessions last for 1 hour, if you wish to extend your time at the venue you can do so for an additional fee. Subject to capacity availability.
We are asking spectating adults to remain in the spectator areas, in the current circumstances.
We politely request that prams are not taken onto the course as this can cause obstructions and or a hazard. Please speak to a member of staff for advice on where they can be stored.
We are happy to advise we offer a 20% discount on our standard admission to all Blue Light Card holders. This includes all emergency services and armed forces.
We normally also offer a 10% discount off the standard admission fee to groups of 10 or more, though this is currently restricted by Covid-19 guidelines.
Yes of course, we do include food for all party attendees in our packages but you are more than welcome to bring along your own birthday cake. We politely request customers refrain from using candles that reignite or sparkler candles as these activate the parks fire alarm systems. We also request guests refrain from bringing pinatas and confetti bombs to the park.
Yes we offer table service in our socially-distanced café and restaurant, which serves hot and cold food and drinks. Please note that we are unable to serve alcohol from Friday 4th December.
Yes, we do have an on site car park which is free to use. It is monitored by a parking company under the instruction of the land owner, so you are required to enter your car’s registration number on the tablet in reception when arriving at the venue to avoid receiving a parking charge notice.
Yes, each participant must sign an online waiver. The waiver is valid for 12 months.

Exit the M4 at Junction 33, At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A4232 heading to Cardiff West / Gorllewin / Caerdydd / Barry / Barri / Airport / Maes Awyr Airport / Penarth
Take the B4267 exit
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit, continue on to Hadfield Road.
Our Park is opposite the Toyota, and Landrover garages.
Bus numbers 95, & 92b run to Hadfield Road.
Main line trains run to Cardiff Central, you can then change here for a train to Grangetown.
It is a 6 minute walk from Grangetown train station.
Exit the station and turn left on to Penarth Road. Past Sloper Road and then turn right on to Hadfield road.
