Retention time

In providing our services to you we work with our vendor Roller Networks Pty LTD (“Roller”), a company that, together with its operating subsidiaries in the US (Roller Networks USA Inc.) and the UK (Roller Networks Limited), offers leisure and entertainment venues like ours an all-in-one cloud based platform (the “Roller Platform”) that helps us to deliver a better experience to our guests. These guests are individuals and families like you who interact with our domains, networks, applications, websites, kiosks or other devices we operate with or through the Roller Platform.
These interactions include purchasing Venue tickets or gift cards, attending Venue events, signing participation waivers, making reservations, completing Venue surveys, consuming goods or services that we offer, submitting an inquiry or posting on our page on social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter.
Contact information will be stored for 49 months from the customer’s final visit unless the customer subscribes to receive our marketing emails, at which point the customer’s details will be stored until 49 months after they unsubscribe from our marketing activity.

5f. Operations
Waiver
Your participation in our on-site activities requires the signing of a waiver. This waiver will capture your data including; name, email address and date of birth. We are required to hold this information by our insurance providers, however, this data will only be shared with our chosen insurance partners in the case of an onsite incident. Waiver data will be held for 49 months.
CCTV
We have onsite CCTV (closed circuit television) to support our operational activity. This data is stored locally and deleted after 35 days.
In the case of an onsite accident, a snippet of the video data will be stored for longer if there is an investigation or insurance claim. In these cases, the data will be held until the claim or investigation is completed.
5g. Registration and authentication provided directly by NLUK Bristol
By registering or authenticating, Users allow NLUK Bristol to identify them and give them access to dedicated services. The Personal Data is collected and stored for registration or identification purposes only. The Data collected are only those necessary for the provision of the service requested by the Users.
